Terms of Use

Welcome to BoomBox Project Website and Forum, managed by Freaklabs (the “Platform“). These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the forums, services, and any content provided. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other policies, guidelines, or rules applicable to the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Content Ownership and Usage

  • User Content: By submitting, posting, or sharing any content (including text, images, videos, and other materials) on the Platform, you grant BoomBox Project Website and Forum and Freaklabs a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works based on such content. This license is granted for the purpose of developing, improving, and promoting the Platform, including for integration with BoomBox ABR.
  • BoomBox ABR Platform: You acknowledge that any content shared or submitted to the Platform may be used to help develop or improve the BoomBox ABR platform, and you agree that we may use such content in connection with that purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing, enhancing, developing and testing BoomBox ABRs features.
  • Accuracy of Information: The Platform’s forums and discussion areas allow users to share their opinions, experiences, and advice. However, the accuracy of any content posted in these forums is not guaranteed. BoomBox Project Website and Forum and Freaklabs does not endorse or verify the information provided by users and disclaims all liability for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content shared within the forums. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when considering any information shared in the forums.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to participate in certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed.
  • Code of Conduct: You agree to comply with the Code of Conduct.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not post or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, hateful, or in violation of these Terms. You may not engage in any activities that disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Platform or any other user’s ability to use the Platform.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: We’re here to support those using BoomBox and help ensure deployments run smoothly. While the forum is your first point of call for troubleshooting and support, and we strive to offer support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with BoomBox and for the Platform, we do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved or that the Platform will be available at all times. If you encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved in the form, please contact us via Freaklabs Shop at https://shop.freaklabs.org/contact. 4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You are prohibited from posting or sharing any content that:

  • Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to disrupt the Platform.
  • Infringes upon others’ privacy or confidentiality.
  • Promotes illegal activities or harm to others.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoomBox Project Website and Forum, and Freaklabs, its affiliates, employees, and agents, from any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or BoomBox, any content you post, or any violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims based on your conduct or the content you submit. This includes, but is not limited to, any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or violates applicable laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall BoomBox Project Website and Forum, and Freaklabs or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or BoomBox ABR, including but not limited to any errors in the information provided in the website and forums, service disruptions, lost data, or damages or mishaps that happen in the field.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by other means such as via newsletters. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada United States.
